The forgotten Kardashian

Rob Kardashian’s family could not stand the pressure of fame, so he left the family show after the seventh season.

The only son of manager Chris Jenner and well-known lawyer Robert Kardashian, Rob Kardashian (34) was born on March 8, 1987, in Los Angeles.

His parents divorced when he was seven years old. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2012, when asked if he knew the reason for his parents’ divorce, Rob admitted that it was only when Chris’s autobiography “Chris Jenner and All Things Kardashian” was published that he learned that Chris had cheated on Robert for years.

Their dad, Robert, passed away in 2003 when Rob was 16 years old. Rob was looking for a father figure in Bruce Jenner, who has now become Caitlin Jenner and divorced his mother.

“My father died when I was 16 years old. When our stepfather Bruce was around, he was great, but Bruce was going through his stuff that none of us understood at the time. Lamar was a father figure.”

“I haven’t forgotten about Dad, but my girlfriend fills the void that left when he died.” – said Rob.

The youngest Kardashian could not stand the pressure of fame. He insulted his sisters and had constant outbursts during filming, leaving the family show after the seventh season.

In “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Rob was open about his struggle with mental health, struggling with accepting Dad’s death, and the fame that came with the show. He fell into depression and gained weight, which gave him additional insecurity.

“I’m sad. I don’t even want to sit down as I’m fat. I don’t want to be in front of the camera without a T-shirt”. Rob admitted.

With a business degree from USC, he launched his “Arthur George” stocking line, which bears the middle names of him and his dad. Kim thought it was weird because they already had a men’s clothing line called “Robert George.”

He later had fun with singer Rita Ora, as well as with rapper Black China.

Black China gave birth to his daughter, and they named her Dream Renee Kardashian (4). The new parents started filming their reality show “Rob & Chyna,” which they quickly stopped filming.

After the breakup, Rob accused Black China of cheating on him with several men. In 2020, Robert requested full custody of his daughter Dream due to accusations that China was consuming alcohol and drugs in front of the child.
